To all of our Performance Health Patients, 

We are following all PPE protocols and procedures as per the Ministry of Health to ensure the safety of our patients and staff to reduce the risk of COVID-19. 

At this time, all of our patients must self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms prior to booking/arriving for an appointment. Our patients are asked to wear a mask or face covering for all appointments. Our staff will wear a mask for the entirety of your treatment. Hand sanitizing is required upon entry and exiting the clinic. Our staff will sanitize and wash their hands before and after treatments as well. 

Social distance measures will be continued in our waiting room. Our treatment rooms and high touch areas will be properly sanitized. Contactless payment is also preferred and direct billing will continue.
